Yes - every child has access to rest or red-light quiet time each day, regardless of age. Babies and toddlers follow a structured nap routine, while preschoolers benefit from midday decompression.
Do you support children with allergies or dietary needs?
Yes - we take dietary requirements seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances during registration so we can plan accordingly.
What do you mean by “red light” or “red-light rest”?
We use soft red-spectrum lighting in our rest areas to help children unwind, relax, and support deeper, calmer rest. Unlike harsh white or blue-toned lights (which can stimulate the brain and suppress melatonin), red light creates a soothing, sunset-like environment that encourages rest and emotional regulation. It’s completely safe, gentle on the eyes, and often helps children settle more easily after lunch or play.
