New nursery opening April 27th in Oxford!
A warm, independent nursery designed around light, nature and nervous system health – so children grow calm, happy and deeply regulated.
Our Philosophy
Circadian Nest is inspired by the science of circadian rhythms – the natural daily cycles that influence sleep, mood and energy.
Young children thrive when their environment supports these rhythms through healthy light exposure, consistent routines and calm surroundings.
Our aim is to create a gentle, predictable environment where children feel secure, rested and ready to learn.

- Support restful sleep in a quiet, soothing nap area
- Gentle transitions help children feel secure and settled
- Create calm, thoughtfully designed indoor spaces
- Fully aligned with EYFS, with nature and emotional safety at the core
